Please be in a quiet place without distractions, preferably with a computer nearby, on the day & time your call is scheduled with a pen & paper to take notes.
If your spouse/partner needs to be a part of the decision-making process of you signing up for my program, then please invite them on the call with you. If your spouse/partner won’t allow you to make decisions about your health & fitness without their approval, please have a conversation with them prior to the call and explain to them how important it is for you to start taking your health & fitness very seriously, so that you will have their full support ahead of time. The reason for this is so that you won’t need to chase me down trying to book a second call, as my schedule fills up very quickly. I don’t want you to have to delay getting started if you’re serious about needing to make a change now.
